James Workman is a Chemical Engineer with extensive process and project management, operations and general management experience. And, he is particularly adept at developing self-directed work teams, implementation of fractional factorial design of experiments for process optimization and pull-manufacturing implementation (JIT).

A cost conscious manufacturing executive with repeated experience at reducing costs, improving inventory control, increasing sales and full implementation of the Six-Sigma process.
