   Medical Device Molding problems were out of control when Jeff Janes was promoted to division manager. Company leaders were planning to move molding operations to another plant. Within one month, Jeff saved 79 local jobs by applying RESULTS by Volti principles - his division is now considered a world leader and innovator for his industry.



   Paul Moore was successful, yet he still accelerated company growth 425% within four-years. Customers increased 30% and now his competitors want to work for him. He credits his use of RESULTS by Volti for taking him to where he is today.



    The engineers of a large manufacturing plant were not engaged. Deadlines were missed, costs were increasing, and projects seemed to never reach completion.    Education is an often-used answer to break the cycle of unemployment and poverty. One community college could only help 24% of their student body succeed. With only a very few minor adjustments success rates climbed to an unexpected 85% level. Ninety percent of the graduates were able to secure employment and hold their jobs. RESULTS by Volti's technology works in difficult situations.



   A small New Jersey medical solutions plant could not achieve production and quality expectations. With outdated equipment, existing employees and RESULTS by Volti they became leaders for production. Their processes returned 113% efficiency and diverted a plant shutdown.
